Mage and mithril - time 4 a change???

  1. I notice 2 issues with Mage

    1) I notice there are tons of ppl who can't enchant equip cuz they have a boatload of Aqua and 0 inferno.

    2) there are ppl in my situation that have tons of inferno and Aqua - everything is enchanted and they just sitting there gathering dust. The only time I use them now are on hunt equip - dev's have found a way to burn up tons of Aqua and inferno w incredible high rate of failure when tryin to enchant them.


    Solution:

    1) Mayb it's time to do away with Aqua and inferno and convert them all to mithril.

    2) I also think it's silly to have equip with high failure rates - make them pricey instead with gauranteed success. Be sensible and not make it so that it's way not too pricey.

    Seriously on a side note, making the s4 equip enchantment that expensive makes me even more unlikely to ever war competively. You should think of using mithril as a carrot to encourage ppl to war. For ex: It's possible I could be persuaded to war somewhat more (lol 1x a week as opposed to 1x every 2 weeks) but knowing that it will take me at least 1000 mithril to upgrading the rest of my equip makes me apathetic about upgrading them - I'm in no rush.



    I just want to say it means nothing to me personally if these thoughts dun happen - I just feel that these recommendations might help most ppl in kAw and at this point in my kaw career I want ppl to enjoy their time.

    So this isn't me whining or raging (god I did enough of that durin s4 and I'm enjoyin my break from wars...I'm sleepin my sleep deprived butt off and puttin real life ahead of the game). Like I said - I'm good on aqua and inferno - I can blow thru hunt equip failures, Max ug the equip and still have Aqua and inferno to spare. And since I dun plan on warring competitively in future seasons - I'm in no rush to ug my s4 equip - I'll get them done...eventually. This is just me pointing out things to help others who aren't in my fortunate position.

  4. The s4 prices were shocking. For once the hard work over season was rewarded with more work to enchant the equip. Quite disappointing imo

  7. Aqua, inferno, mithril...it's complicated for no players and frustratin when you can't upgrade due to never getting inferno. I just think I'd b easier if the upgrading process was simpler and less of a pain for newer players.

    I also feel that if mages go away then EBs should drop mithril too. I'm not sayin at a higher rate but at the same rate it was droppin mages.


    For example...
    - if player got a drop of 9 inferno and 9 Aqua ️ he'd now get 18 mithril

  9. Won't happen... I have over 1000 of each aqua and inferno... If they converted to mithril, it would let me get all the war equip with never warring 0.o

  13. I'm more frustrated with inability to upgrade my mith eq because inable to war often. However I have 500 aqua and 0 inferno id like to swap for mithril.
     
  14. Alright, converting Aqua and Inferno into mithrill seems really intersing. For the reason, that if this were to happen then with mithrill you could buy Aqua and Inferno as well rite?


    Mithrill is hard to come by as you war.
    Aqua and Inferno are hard to come buy in some cases.
    So if there 'were to implement this'.
    One would have to give more Aqua and Inferno for Mithrill.

    Example:
    10 Aqua + 10 Inferno = 1 Mithrill

    Converting Back:
    1 mithrill = 8 Aqua + 8 Inferno


    It would be a complicated thing to establish, but not impossible.
     
  15. At this point there is a problem w mages
    - either ppl have so many.
    - or they have a lot of Aqua and no inferno
    - devs release hunt equip that burn up ur Aqua and inferno. The high fail rates mean only ppl that can ug them r ppl w tons of aqua and inferno (to ug my armor from hunt - I used over 300 inferno). This mean ppl w no inferno cant do much - they get hunt equip but they can't ug it while havin current equip that still hasn't been fully ug.


    If devs can't turn inferno and Aqua into mithril then at least have it so that u need only 1 element to ug Mage equip - either turn all Aqua into inferno or Vice versa.
    - Let's say devs turn aqua into inferno. Then if you have 20 aqua and 15 inferno, you would have 35 inferno. So Instead of needing 2 inferno and 1 Aqua to ug an equip - U need 3 inferno.

    Personally speakin I think it's simpler and will encourage more ppl to war if everything was mithril. You can either get mithril the slow way - from few and random drops from ebs or you can get it faster by doin wars gettin better drops from ebs due to havin ee.
     
  16. If devs did this - you would no longer b able to buy inferno and Aqua

    And same restrictions on mith would cont

    I'm not sure abt 10 Aqua/10 inferno for 1 mith. I just say if u have 500 elements - they become 500 mith.

    Sure some ppl would get a lot of mith but honestly but that wouldn't b the norm.

  18. I support this. I also have another idea that maybe players who have extra aqua/inferno could place it up for sale at a fixed rate. This would create cash flow between players and help those having hard luck on drops.
     
  19. If I cast minimum mith for war (14) I usually get 55-60 back. Let's say a net gain of 40.

    Max mith is prob around 60 full cast, only to get back maybe 120. So net gain is 60 or so.

    This equals 2/3 war wins per lvl upgrade on new equip at higher lvls

    Little annoying
