Hello, Does anybody know if new accounts start out with all the low lands and high lands? Had someone join game a week ago and they got 25LL and 25HL explored. A few days ago, someone created an alt and now is only getting 25LL explored. I assume it makes more sense to give 25LL due to low land/indi wars. Any explanation will help.
