LOCKDOWN

  1. I keep my face blank as he looks at me. I don't show any emotions, because I know he'll use them against me. My mouth is set in a grimace, and my eyes stare straight back at his, refusing to back down. They made me sit on the floor, while he sat in a big, leather chair behind a metal table. They tried to make him looking imitating, too bad I'm not that easy to break.

"What is the code?" He asked for the millionth time.
"Why?" I ask back, keeping my voice flat and even. He slammed his fist on the table and stood up.
"Because I want to know!"He yelled, his face turning red with rage. I simply looked at him for a while, showing him I wasn't scared.
"You seem to have angry issues, thats not a good thing" I say calmly, watching as his face turned even redder and his face scrunched up.

He swifly came from behind the table and came and squatted in front of me, his knee's cracking.
"Tell me what the code is?" he said calmly, trying to reason with me.
"Why?"I ask back, once again. This time he lets his rage out and seings his hand up in the air and comes down on my left cheek.

My head snaps to the right and I let it hang there for a second while I compose my mask, hidding the angry.
Finally I turn back to him, my eyes blank, my face free, and my mouth set in a strict grimace.

He raises his hand again, but before he could repeat his actions. Two tall men, both in black suits and sunglasses walk in. One with black hair and the other with brown.

"Mr. Utah, were going to have to ask you to step away from the girl, and we'll excort you out of here" the one with black hair said. I look at Mr. Utah, who had now turned even redder. He glanced at me then at the gentleman and quietly collected his suitcase and a couple of papers and walked quickly out the door.

The man gave me a small tilt of their head, looking at me from the corner of their eyes. I stare straight ahead, not letting their glances affect me. Luckly they turn on their heels and leave.

Once I hear the metal door shut, I allow myself to take a sigh, but I don't let relief settle in my face. I keep my face stern and locked. My eyes wonder around the room, every once in a while, but the room has only white walls. Even my outfit they gave me is white.

They were trying to isolate me, trying to make me seem alone and make me go crazy, but this isn't the first time I've been isolated. The last time was worst, the scars of the memories still stay in my head. I barely sleep, sometimes the memories come back.

Closing my eyes, I lay my head back and stay there. Listening to any sound or movement indicting their watching me, but I don't hear none.

But I know they are, because I'm in
    LOCKDOWN.
