Level 3 tier 3 or level 1 tier 4?

  1. I know that a level 1 tier 4 gives a small stat boost over a level 3 tier 3, but does it give a better plunder bonus or not? Cheers

  8. Pump, unless you can go straight to lvl 2 t4 don't put one up and put up a t3 maxed, reason is because you'll lose troops and get less attks plus you won't get the builds bonus. A t4 needs to be lvl 3 before you get the 5% plunder or the extra attk etc.

  9. Well, actually no matter what lvl the building is you always get 24/26 attacks < unless they changed something.

  10. Your troops will generate a lot slower with at T4 at lvl1. Best to save 12 bil and get a T4lvl2
