Umm, dark did answer question. He asked how many hl, dark said 15. That answers the question.

He DID NOT, ask how many HL need to be unlocked before you can get hf

Well, I'm sorry, but considering he's already discovered the hl and if you use common sense, you would know that dark was talking about hl. People lack way to much common sense now days 

No need for additional informations. He unlocked every lowlands. He already know that X highlands need to be discovered to unlock HF.

It is like if you are saying that I should add ALL the informations. Cost of each lands, etc.
