We have replaced Social Gold with Paypal. Purchasing from the Oracle while logged in with Facebook will now direct you to our Paypal purchasing page. For those of you unfamiliar with the Paypal process, if you already have an account you can log on, and if you don't you can simply provide your payment information. For those of you that experience purchasing issues and have not received your points/crystals, please first try reloading the game. You can also sign in to your Paypal account to check the status of your payment to A Thinking Ape. If your payment's status is not "Completed", you will need to wait until Paypal shows your payment as "Completed". Once your payment is complete, reload the game to see your points/crystals. If you have made an accidental purchase, we do not offer any refunds. Please open a dispute with the Paypal Resolution Center. For any concerns with credit card fraud you will also have to do the same.
