So when the pvp started, I had 10 health crystals, and I joined, I soon had over 1500 blood things but they where not converting over to items at 500, it said 1000 plus what ever number I had, during this time I was being hard attacked, during this time I lost nearly 600 blood runes before it got fixed, and started to convert them, I think this is kina bs. And should be refunded the unstealable peice I should have gotten but lost because the game error

Actually the Devs employ a support team to solve Player Issues. So it's not technically the devs doing the helping. Nor do the support team ONLY help payer players. For example: Myself, I rarely play anymore and I've only bought a $1 pro pack. I emailed support to assist me in unsilencing my account for a past issue and it was solved in less than 1 day. edit:Thanks Ruby <3
