If by "jack pot" you mean "item phase" you need to get a feel how fast your clan completed eb and set a timer accordingly. Some clans can do an eb like the haunting in about an hour so the item phase is extremely short but happens often. Other clans take hours to finish, and the item phase is lengthy. If you wish, when the item phase is close, simply lurk in cc and a message will appear, alerting you that the item phase is now active. Don't miss it.
