Now I have not been a big fan of no quarter. It is very, very hard and not many people can hit! The only good thing is you have to use a lot of the same item. This is seal of deflection. It is very useful, but is needed in big numbers, because the bar regenerates very quickly! I hope this helps u in the tier 5 eb's!(apherium of exile)
