is solitary confinement torture?

  1. Having spent 11 months in the Robinson detention unit in west Texas,I spent 30 days on solitary confinement for getting into a fight, I can tell you I consider myself a loner, and solitary confinement was still traumatic for me, not being able to socialize and talk to anyone, being stuck in a small cell for 23 hours a day is not fun, I spent most of my time working, masterbating and sleeping, it is a living hell.what do u guys think about the subject?
