Yes if you dont pvp towers are useless,and static def requires like 1.5 to 2m of it to really make an impact anyways. On hl be sure to build only t5, not t4. You can build the defensive atk building for slightly better plunder, be sure to have at least one balanced building for a couple extra atks. Try to do either atk heavy or spy heavy and not something sloppy for best results
