Build doesn't have much(if anything) to do with item eb...except being strong enough to hit it, of course. Right now the only item eb you could hit would be reckoning

 

Any build is good for item hunting, considering the drop is completely random.

Next time, post this on the question thread in question/feedback section of forums.

 

Not true Sheldon. While the drop is "random", there are factors that affect it, some of which involve damage done, buildings, etc
