New players are now able have their first 25 lowlands unlocked, and a new player plunder promo spell upon starting the game. I'm not sure if that's permanent now, but I'm still seeing that happening today!
Yes. New users do. But if you have a preexisting account and reset, you will not receive these bonuses. It's meant to be a perk to new players to encourage them to play. Not to give people's alts an advantage hope this answered your question.
Ummm I could create a alt and wouldn't this still give him a adv. Don't have to use existing alts. Just saying.
