No its not. When the update initially came out, there was a glitch that caused the app to crash when viewing another clan's info or trying to apply. That has been fixed now, and the game is as normal.
There was some chaos last night but the glitch is no more. Thanks to MissBehave for beating me to the punch
No when the update came it initially crashed the game if u want to join a clan or look at a clan it takes you off but know it has been fixed. GAME IS NORMAL!
Only if you reinstalled the app to get the update and to get your lvl 3 castle. If you didnt update/reinstall then it worked perfectly.
