is a 43/38 43/38 bonus % possible?

  1. Self explanatory. I would be upset to find out that those of us who have done 4 resets, bought all the propacks can't receive perm items dropped from epics 

  10. Damn good point op, if someone did have all bonuses possible they could be a third bigger than a clanless HLBC player that hasn't spent a dime on the game
