Ok this has been bugging me recently, but is anyone else noticing a large increase of what I shall call unexpected pvp action fails. For example 3 wandering villagers in one offload pinning the same player when you would expect 100% success And attacks in and out where the attacker clearly should not fail. The surprise is people I know are getting more fails than before. The victims have made no changes at all The curiosity is simply there is a definite change. And how much is it affecting other players pvp experience.
Yes, attacks sometimes fail more often then they should for me on someone half my size with no bfa/bfe. ridiculous how the fails have increased
Yea it's devs way of forcing xtal usage. They have been destroying the mech's slowly since the introduction of mith and pots. They do it to force xtal usage out of their paying customers, and screw the rest who won't pay.
I've noticed it has changed in the last month substantially more though. Season 3 change in hit rate affecting? Whatever the reason an increase in fail rate is the last thing pvp needs.
It has I agree. I attempted spy actions against someone with 2.5m spy def. I went 2/5 using full 12 pots from full bar. I lost 3 due to wandering villagers. Even though there is no way I could have possibly lost even 1 single hit. Needless to say I put KaW down for the rest of that day and contemplated another rage quit.
I know steals have changed. I steal from a attack build that has about 440k spies and about 6m attack. He has 5 spy def pots and I usually fail half the time (using no spy attack pots). But can assassinate him with almost all wins.
Devs don't want pvp they want organised wars and ebs, they are destroying the game because only 20% of users like pvp. Others like hitting ebs and socialising which to be fair is upto them.
I have noticed it for the past month and a half. Especially during EE. I remember xtalling and hitting someone who was way low. I failed 4 attacks in a row from "in face of defeat" your opponent blablabla. Very frustrating. Even during OSW on strips I would get 4 wandering villagers fail on one bar.
Thanks head hunter. And I partially remember that thread. Whilst I agree with tighter hit ratios increased fails are not the way to go IMO. There needs to be a better solution some how. And glad I'm not the only one who noticed it.
I kind of like it. It encourages my victims to hit back. They usually dont and cry instead. I like that even better. But yes... it is more likely that you will fail steals or attacks while assasssinate and scout work great. I call it the "kaw save the whiney cry baby innitiative" and i dont care. It makes me farm more. Thats what this game is for. I refuse to buy anything and hit the biggest babies. I dedicate that to the devs.
I have noticed the wandering villager a lot more often, I got it 4 times in a row a couple days ago and I've got in the face of defeat one as well. Before I could go a week or two without getting one if either.
I just had another two failed ass from full on a doofuss who enjoys being pinned. Two wandering villagers in a row out of 6 actions. That's insanely high should start posting all villagers here daily to track them but it would be me spamming to an insane lvl
I get a lot of wandering villagers too, luckily I brutally murdered them so the others caught on and didn't come back
I think they are breeding too fast these days. We need a new way to kill the little tell tale annoyances
