  1. Every night I eat Two bags of chips and I drink 1 big gulp. I tried to stop this habit it's been two days without chips and soda and my body is freaking out. I'm getting cold and my body is shaking. I don't drink or do drugs what's wrong with me...

  2. Your body has become dependant on the resources your snacks provide. Try gradually minimizing the amount you eat a night.. Gradually your body will return to normal.

  3. That post is a bit far xtreme..

  4. Liar! I saw the "just do it" Nike logo picture!

  5. Also try eating a lot of more healthier options. They will fill you up so the effects of the withdrawal of sugar will lessen.

  6. Your going through withdrawal which you can get without having to do drugs. Your body just got used to that habit an now you have stopped it abruptly and your body can't handle it.

  10. Probably withdrawal, OP.
To counteract the coldness, probably wear warm clothing also take a few laxatives.
Clear your bowels with explosive diarrhea :)

  14. Instead of cold turkey you can try weaning yourself off of junk food. Eat less and less each day, keep track with a food diary possibly, and have someone to prevent you from relapsing back into pigging out on junk food. Excessive amounts of salt and sugar isn't good for anyone. Try starting off with 1 bag at max and 8 oz of soda (16or24 oz if you can't manage to get by with less.) then eat less and less each subsequent day.

  15. Go see a doctor or dietician about this and work with them. A meal plan may be what you need!

    Take Care.

  16. Melodramatic..go see a shrink n a nutritionist
