Yes, the new account on the new device gets moved to the old device as the old account moves to the new device.

then download it again. this will take your old kaw account off and let you put another one on

 

What would u need to do to keep it FROM being on both phones without reseting phone?

 

To get it off the old one email support and send them, game name, your in game name and device id either your imei or whatever the apple one is and ask them to remove it from the device.

I think this may be different for idevice and android, pretty sure with idevice it is no longer available from the old device.

They have introduced ATA ID on devices now to help curb acc sales etc..

You will be hard pressed to get an acc detached from your udid now.
