I get a lot of new accounts asking me for advice regarding KA builds so I've decided to make this thread. Before I start going land wise what should be built, It is important to understand what is the hybrid mechanic. Hybrid Mech allows you to eat Hansel troops even if they're banked. While in lowland becoming a hybrid comes at a cost (making yourself vulnerable to being eaten by Tanks), In KA due to the number of lands, It is easy to bend the rules and become a hybrid even while having stats of a tank To become a Hybrid, The no. of spy buildings/Total no. of Non Towered buildings (spy and troop) should be between 25-75% Example 1. 12/4/4/4 (12 coe/4 adt/4 sos/ 4 sdt) is a hybrid as 4/(12+4) = 25% Example 2. 16/0/4/4 is not a hybrid, The calculation is 4/(16+4) not 4/16 (very common error - I'm talking to you Leyendah) Landwise what should be built: Lowland - If you cast lowland wars, then whatever your lowland build is. Otherwise, This should be all spies Highlands - This should be all troops (Attack Heavy troops) Hoarfrost/Abyss - Both these should be all spies (This is correct until they release new buildings for these lands if they go that way) Deepmine - This should be all troops (Attack heavy troops) Fatesands - This where you put all your towers. All 25 lands should be towers. Also makes it easy to switch out before promo and replace quickly Pallumen - This should be a combination of towers and troops (Attack heavy). Put towers until you think you have enough, Remainder can be used as troops Time Tangle - Avoid putting towers on this. This again should be all troops (Attack Heavy) SKH Lands - No towers on this. These lands give the best stat to plunder ratio, Do not ruin it by putting towers. Pal/fs give enough stats to have sufficient towers. These lands should be all troops again (Attack Heavy) Why spies on smaller lands? To get the hybrid mechanic as explained above Why should troops be attack heavy only? It distributes your stats more evenly. Imagine you go all balanced troops and get 20/20b attack stats and put 7b adt on top which gives you 20/27b attack which equals to 47b Now follow the combination of attack heavy and adt you'll be around 23.5b/23.5b attack with the same defensive towers. Please note that while this gives lower defensive stats from full, You simply do not need defensive strength when you're full troops. When full, It is more about plundering and not defending. Your defensive strength only comes into play when you're lower and at that point, Both the stat splits will have the same defensive strength. If you follow the above, Your stats are sorted. The next question is how many towers do you require I can't give you any exact equation for this which works for every stat, It totally depends on your stats and the war situation you regularly find yourself in. If you get targeted with Pure spies every war, Keep adding SDT until they either stop winning or move to other targets. Your ADT should be enough to tank your own glitch troops to yourself from full. Meaning, Anyone who is similar to your size or smaller should not be winning on your glitch troops (This can change at higher alb level). For big stat ally lbs, You obviously cannot protect your glitch troops to your stat equivalent if they're full, But at least ensure they need to be super high to be able to win and don't just fb it min loss even if they start at like 60-70%. Anyone smaller than you on the leaderboard should ideally still not be winning on your glitch. Now that your stats and towers are sorted, Next question is BFA and type of BFA. First let's divide the EE Tanks into 4 tiers Tier 1: Divers - You ideally do not need BFA, Keep growing stats until people who tank struggle to eat you successfully, Once you are big enough to tank, Start working on Attack BFA Tier 2: Mids (Anyone who can tank in T1 and lower than alb 50) - Attack BFA only, Do not even bother thinking about spies at that size, Use SDT to protect you not spy BFA Tier 3: Ally Leaderboards (Typically from Alb 50 - Alb 13ish) - I would still recommend being Troop Heavy. Can add little bit of spy BFA as you move higher up Tier 4: Super Ally Leaderboards (Top 12-13 Ally leaderboards) - This is where move towards a more balanced BFA split and gradually remove towers to maximize plunder per hit. This should cover all 3 aspects (Build - Towers - BFA)
