Personally I think this is a cosmetic item. But it would be easyier then trying to work around players time zones. I live on the east coast and 3/4 of my friends are on the West (that's a -4 hour difference) But I would love for KaW to put in a clock and lable it KaW time. Kind of like how WoW has their Realm Time. It would be great for certin things like: What time players should be active for harder epics. What time players should be active for strips. What time players are active so you can study when they sleep or go away to work. (This one sounds like a stalkers dream but you get the idea) Also. Their was a topic in the forums last week that I seen. It was a mith spell that let you change WC servers. I personally think that this is an amazing idea for his reasons he listed. If you guys could maybe push that idea towards the devs that would be totally kick ass! Any feed back or further ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and happy KaWing.
This idea has been proposed in the past, and I've always thought it sounds good. Just think about the benefits. A KaW clock could 1. Make organizing of signup events easier 2. Make times when clans strip players more organized 3. Gives everyone a neutral reference point 4. Appeals to my lazy side (I loath calculating timezones)
The update could be pushed with every regen to time. It has to send data to update troop levels. And it couldn't really cause too much extra data. Just slip it into one of the things u have to constantly upload thru data to our Accts. People spamming wc with eb ads causes a rise in data because we have to be sent every damn ad
It would slow gaming? Ever war and EB out there has a count down timer going. Pick a timelzone and post that time in WA. Data my ass.
