  3. If you want balanced stats, build CoE. The 2 extra hits are also useful if you have no balanced buildings.

    But the CF has more attack, and will do more damage. Helpful if your clan struggles on some eb's.

    But its really up to what you want to do, the higher defense of the CoE is useful when warring or farming.
