Give more details. What does it tell you to do? More than likely your account has been locked so you need to email support@athinkingape.com and ask them why it's locked, then request that they unlock it

 

Umm do you mean you can't log on mochi or facebook? With mochi sometimes people can't login and facebook to? Next time op can you make a more detail thread and explain what's happening?

Oh with the pc just restart it and go back to what you was from and start again.
