Keep placing guilds, they earn money really fast, hybrid is my opinion in very awesome for growing, example, 9 Circle of Elementals, and 15 Stronghold of shadows will have roughly the same build
I'd go hybrid :3 for me it's easier to convert seeing as your already halfway when you start (warning I am a noob)
Guilds give best plunder for their price. Don't forget to buy allies so you get your bonus when attacking!!!
