First forum post and its something that annoys the heck out of me. I'm sure everyone has seen the ads in wc. "Hire my ally, he's REALLLY active" etc but most aren't and unless you check, you might end up with some ally you might have spent a lot on but isn't active at all. I'm far from HLBC, but I've been told that active allies are crucial at that point. If anyone sees something that I'm wrong about or has anything to add, feel free to post below ๎ First thing to check and its the easiest to see, their clan. If they are not in one and don't have the stats to merc, they are probably inactive. Secondly, check their wall. If it only has a few posts from long ago, or their last post was a "reapply when active" from more then two weeks ago, they are probably inactive. Thirdly, and this can be fairly time consuming if they are not all that active, wall them and ask how active they are. Very simple things but fairly effective when finding active allies. Hope this helps some of you newer players and even older players who might not have realized ๎
Farming them can be an idea, but I know a lot of clans don't like farming, which is why I didn't add it ๎
Oh ok. It was a bit of an unfair silence really. Some guy was being rude in wc so i called him a name and i got silenced but he didn't. Maybe he was a mod. His username was green so i think he was.
Ok time for noob trick to hiring. Works beat for the smaller players. Hire junk allies lost for about 10 k to 1 bil. Most will be brought back. Then check the stats of those that buy back. Any good hire them and coach them on how to buy decent allies and grow and war. For getting small growing allies you can help them grow and maintain an interest in the game. If your not in ee wars help their clan or get them in your sub clan. Teach about max plunder show interest and they will bother and grow fast for you. If you get dumped with a few rubbish one if you have a alt buy with that and they will sell later.
