I hear you ask because how many people get shocked when they get attacked off battle list? I know I do, I also know I go and check out who attacked me and also mention them being active to the clan (as I don't keep active allies)
Basically, he's saying if you want to be hired; just play the game and grow on your own. You'll get hired anyway.

Lol there's a lot of dead clans out their and inactive farms used to be one of the main incomes for people back in the day, good clans used to have a list in note pad of all the inactive players they found along with all the osf who open daily
Yep and then you would have a conversation saying Inactive:"why are you farming me?" You:"umm you were an inactive farm!" Inactive:"no I'm not I'm active I just don't come on much" You:"we've been farming you for other a month... Sorry must have missed your activeness"
Or if you could you would make an alt to look almost like their name and post the wall Stop farming me I'm active!!
