1.Don't be a bad owner(never being active in clan chat, never around,or never tells the clan mates-new ones how the game works) 2.Do EB's often to help the new guys grow 3.If there are farmers help that one person and either make them all go after him/her or post on his wall something polite. 4. Plunder Wars will help some of them might not like it but they must suck it up. 5.Do not do an invite only clan when this is your first clan (unless you know a lot of people who are willing to join) Updates are coming soon !
