how to apply for moderator in this game?

You won't get it.

 

You can email to support@athinkingape.com , they will give you a moderator form and fill it in, then wait for a reply. Don't sent multiple of emails everyday cos devs receive many emails per day.

 

You need to read this first.

Generally though, because you had to ask how means you aren't ready to become one. A moderator needs to have a clear understanding of the game and game mechanics, and you will in fact be tested on it.

 

What anarchy said. Don't bother unless you've played atleast a year.

You should read Wulf's guide first. But since you had to ask, probably means you aren't ready. I didn't check your profile, but playing 120 days helps, being 18, not silenced/banned etc, being helpful stuff like that.
