Depends, if you need quick money or have loads, and i mean loads of nobs then use it for gold but using it as regen is a lot more effective, my view

 

just buy the pro packs the free nobs included plus the bonus is the best deal

The propacks are probably a better deal then just buying nobs. You get a bonus to your attacks and spy. You get nobs and you get speakers.

 

Health crystals are a better deal. You can buy more for the same amount o money less nobs cost.

So, what do you do with your nobs? If you are item hunting, burn them on an eb.

If you like to war, save them for that.

If you want raw cash, trading nobs in for $$$ directly pays better than regenerating and hitting an EB

 

Give them to charity and feel good about yourself
