How is mith payout determined

  1. How is mith payout determined on the new eb please explain as i saw people xtal 6 times and got 14 and one guy got 15 used no xtals and some barely had actions and made 14 please explain

  2. So.. I heard that new eb has a max of 15 mith payout. Maybe it's somewhat random?
