I was just wondering if there's any specific way to calculate how much in allies you should have to maximize your total plunder, for all different people.
You can never go wrong with having 400b in allies if you want the absolute minimum though, start from where you are, buy a 100m ally, check to see if your ally bonus increases. If it does, repeat above steps. If it doesn't increase, then you are at max plunder.
Hit an eb. Check how much ally bonus you get. Buy an ally. Hit the same eb. Check ally bonus. If it increased you are not at mp if it didnt increase you are at mp
