Hi I just got a new iPhone and have decided to come back to this game I was wandering if there was any way I can retrieve my old account Mickeymind. All help and advice is apriected and that account is not register with a kaw account worse comes to worse I can wait til I find my iPod again :/
I emailed devs and got my account back after 2 and a half years had to send some old itunes recipets to prove it was my account tho
If your account isn't linked to Facebook or ATA, it gets a bit difficult. Email support@athinkingape.com and give as much detail as possible about your account, and like someone said above, you'll have to show receipts from iTunes of purchases made on this app. Need any further help feel free to follow me.️
Yeah my account wasnt linked to ata or facebook didnt have that back then but i did get it back and they set up an ata accoint for me
I had the same problem..I didn't have the device or the old email address with recites from that account, so I gave up and went forward with this account!! Best of luck to you on getting your account back
