Everyone on this thread is terribly mis-informing you....

To make a clan, make sure you are not apart of one and click the "Clan" tab. Select the create a clan option and choose your name, description and payment option. The payment is either 100 nobility points ($10 American value) or 25,000,000,000 gold (Twenty-Five-Billion).
