how do I upgrade a banner?

  4. The Mage is conveniently located next to the Alchemist and the Oracle in the Marketplace. To upgrade the banner, you must collect the pieces needed from certain ebs, then you must enchant them via the Mage. If you don't have the Mage yet, you can't upgrade the banner.
