At the end of each Zoma eb you will receive a Zoma box. The boxes have the potential to drop horn fragments. Once you have 1000 horn fragments you are able to make a septum ring of the minotaur.
To add to that, once you have bought the septum ring you need horn fragments to enchant it each level. The amount increasing each time you enchant.
