Hello forumers of Kaw! This is just a quick thread asking why the new lands won't appear after u get 15 highlands A couple of my friends have gotten at least 15 lands and it won't appear, they already tried restarting their app, still nothing, why is this happening? And do u actually get them after 15 highlands are unlocked like they said? Or did they have a typo?
If you've already restarted the app and it still isn't appearing, and there are no updates in the store, email support@athinkingape.com and see what they can do for you.
You try the upper right hand corner of the low lands? If not there then reset app, if still not working email thinkingape
Make sure the app is fully closed. That means going to the device's home screen and removing the app from recently used. I just unlocked it earlier today though, and it worked as soon as I explored the 15th land.
Have him recount his lands, I'd be willing to bet he's short of 15. If he does, he may have to explore another land in order to see it. Maybe it works that way. I don't know.
