high lands

  1. I have a question
    I just came back from a long break and discovered there are highlands
    My question is should I upgrade my first 25 lands to all 4th tier before exploring the highlands? Or what should I do please help

  3. As a general rule always do whatever cheapest next (especially if it will increase ur plunder)
