  1. I know this is pretty stupid asking the KaWMunity about the best fitness routine. But I know some of us KaWers are quite fit, definitely not me tho, or willy. Anyway, besides dietary what is the best exercise that is medium>vigorous.

    (Btw google is all like, do blah blah and get a 6 pack in 2 minutes). Anyway, if u know any ideas either post here or pm me, if a mod feels as if this isnt needed, pls lock and if that happens pls pm me.

  8. Cardio(Running, swimming, jump roping)
    Cardio is the best to burn calories, but doing small lifting routines will help you turn your fat into muscle. Nothing too vigorous.. Benching, light squats, and maybe some straight-bar curls. :)

  11. Look up HIIT. Best workout for both the fit and unfit.

    I beleive its high intensity interval training. Couple that with good diet and whatever specific muscle training you would like to do, and you're well prepared for getting fit.
     
  15. Running. Just because its fun, idk about actual fitness/gym routines.
     
  16. Also, hill sprints. It'll mess your **** up, but in a good way.
     
  17. I run for about 3 miles, then do around 100pushups and crunches, followed by 50 or so pull ups
     
  18. Walking is easier on joints than running.
    Doing bleachers eg seats or 2 stairs at a time also is good. 1/4 mile tracks n an ipod is popular as well. Bike riding also. Whatever u choose make sure u r doing it correctly or u may incur injuries eg strains n sprains.
    Adding a healthy diet tops it all off
