help?

  1. How do I reply to a post that KaW_Admin has posted on Active Topics? I went to post a picture of my art for the contest, and found no reply button or whatever. Any advice?

  2. You can't use active topics for that, you have to go through a (not sure on terminology) forums section, like strategy or questions.
