help with my build

  1. I am a GH. My plan is to finish upgrading my guilds to level 4, I've got 23 guilds and 19 are level 4, 5 are lvl 3. What do I do after that? I wanted to explore the HL and just wait until I can put vols up there, should I?

  3. I was planning to upgrade them all to level 4 and then just buy some hl plots and put a t4 spy build there but idk, is that a good idea?
