Hansels builds and money bonus from allies in eb

  1. Hi KaW community,

I just wanted to know if a hansel builds need allies, if we neglect the stats bonus. I mean, does ally value increases the reward you get from spies at the end of an eb ?

    Thanks :)
Many have tried to answer that on KaW chat but failed .. :p
    Hope you could.

  2. Hansles still have 1 attack building so if you want max plunder when using those attacks you need an ally

  3. Pure spy does not want or need allies but hansels want a high BFA

  4. Higher asn / sct/ steal damage to eb increase end bonus payout. Guild hansel increase attacking troops payout. u dont need allies /troops to make good money.

  5. Yes. Buy ALL the allies!!!

  6. A hansel yes a pure spy no

  7. Hansels require allies to achieve the simplest of game mechanics - max plunder, that effects both gold earned from troop attack but also end of epic bonus gold earned from the spy actions : scout and assassination

Max plunder is a function of your buildings , that at a basic level determine the maximum gold threshold you can earn , and the total value of your allies , which determine how much of that threshold you fulfil .

The epic itself effects your builds max plunder threshold

There after the damage caused by additional strength whether from bfa, pots, mith or otherwise has no bearing on gold earned for an individual player what so ever .

What additional damage does effect is the total earnings of a clan ... Because gold earned by a clan is determined in part not by the damage each player causes and is rewarded for, BUT by the total number of actions in the epics duration ..

This explains why a powerful clan doing say haunting earns 60bn per epic while a weaker clan earns 90-100bn

The weaker clan with smaller stat players are all earning their max plunder, but because they do less damage , they get more actions .

  8. As a hansel you want just enough allies to get max plunder and no more. You can simply get equipment to get the status to fight without pots. I, for example, only need 17.5 Bil to max my plunder, though I would suggest diluting your allies with many cheap ones.

  9. Other than for max plunder, it's more up to you. If you plan on switching to pure spy, don't worry about building up a bfa. If you aren't going to switch to pure spy, then yeah, load up that bfa.

  10. With a high bfa, or enough allies to reach max plunder, a hansel will be good for epic battles; yes. However, with more allies than needed for max plunder, a hansel is able to work the ally market and trade to bring in extra gold for strips, repotting, or what ever else one may choose to use it for. Hansels also have the added benefit of rarely being stripped during war which only adds to one's ability to successfully trade allies.

  11. Disagree on hansels rarely being stripped Frankenstein. A Hansel build without spy defense towers is just as easily stripped as any other build. It only takes one big spy to scout them down and they are easy pickings. Once they are low on spies, almost anyone can steal them as long as they don't self pin their troops.

  12. 1.) hansels w/o SDT are easy strips
2>) assassination plunder is not related to being at MXP
3.) assassination plunder uses a similar curve as steal plunder does in EB, is best to skim 3-3-3 pattern
4.) hansels make almost nothing without MXP when they attack
5.) withiout high BFA/BFE, hansels struggle to hit harder EB's and targets with their troops successfully

    any other questions?

(and i know that allies do not affect MXP because as a pure spy, i make the same from assa with AND without allies)

    Happy KaW'ing :D
