This thread is to explain to you fellow KaW players the war strategy of a Hansel build. So let's just say most of your buildings are Guilds and you only have one attack building. In a war the first step you do is pin your troops (hit EBs or hit OSFs)after that you will be dtw for attacks which is OK if you continue doing this because you will still make a good amount of gold per hit IF of course you are on max plunder. The second step you do is use your spies to assassinate your target until he is pinned (intense advantage if the player has no spy buildings if you follow 1 and 2). The third step you do is when he is asleep strip him then steal away (you can steal him also in step 2 but then again he might be pinned or have no money out). If the enemy apparently has a good amount of spy stats you should just buy some SDP then use xtals if needed to pin or of course call for some help from your clanmates and if the enemy has lots of SDP use common sense and you spy attack pots. After that the results would be: 1. You will still make good money even though you are dtw for attacks if in max plunder. 2. Your target will be pinned. 3. Your target will be stripped and practically have 0 gold if done correctly. Tips: 1. Have max plunder. 2. Wake up every 2 hours while you are sleeping cause as a hansel you have lots of allies and you might be stripped. 3. Do some research first before stripping or it could be a waste of money. 4. Have a good BFA more specifically on attack defense. 5. Have lots of defense pots. 6. Try to have 0 gold out before you sleep. Well some people just keep doing EBs every now and then so this is I guess adressed to all the new hansels out there who only chose that build for a good plunder and not for war.
Ok I'll speak language. Do epic battles, become a full spy build and HLBC with SoS. In an osw, burn pots and follow up with a coordinated strip with other spy friends.
I've spent most of my kaw life as a hansel, and hansel build is not for war as it sucks ass. It is a stepping stone on your way to a spy build.
It's sad if u are dedicated to KaW.. Wake up every 2 hours when sleeping? U must have nothing to do then and your future is KaW.. Lol
All these EB noob hansels making guides Lolz so many subtleties u missed. But im keeping my secrets. When you've been strictly a strip war KaWer you learn lots of fun tricks. Here's my tip to all hansels: learn by doing.
And devil I disagree I've been warring as Hansel for over a year and never lost money even in a war that was lost. Pure spy is cool but it's more difficult or time consuming to dtw yourself. and if you are spy pinned ppl can steal away and u have no way to be dtw for stls(was pure spy LCBC before new lands/builds) Also, you can use your attack stats as Hansel to help clear your buddies who are pure spy.
Second para third step: I wouldn't be buying SDP to get past high spy defense. Spy attack pot is what you're looking for
I am currently warring a guy Cynder as of now and all these steps I have done... so now he is pinned, stripped and all his pots are burned. Devil hansel is one of the best war builds there are no doubt about that.
