Hey guys I want a hansel build but I dont want to have to buy pots for hauntings.and higher any suggestions
Go hybrid, thats your best bet. You need about 650k bta stats to hit haunting with no pots, but much more to unload on it. You need a hybrid build to unload without fails on bigger eb's, as well as lots of boosting equipment and bfa.
I'm a Hansel, I rarely have to use pots on haunting, if I do it's for my last few hits. I also have a good chunk invested into high attack allies, which helps as well.

You have to experiment as you grow, it doesnt always work the same way because people have different equipment at different stats, different allies, different bonuses.
I use the 1Mil attack pots to hit. Not a huge Hassel (yes hassel, and not hansel) . The trick is in having all the good equipments for attack. I could hit without pots of i got the storm bow or upgraded my sword. I just don't want my sword to uninchant itself.
Yeah, you do need to experiment a lot with it. I have a t5 lvl 1 balanced building in my highlands, and that's it. Everything else is either an SoS or the t3 spy building.
Just add a few Cursed Foundries on top of your COE. With 10 T4 attack buildings you can hit FoD without pots if you want, and it also makes converting guilds much easier. You can always convert them later after you get your attack equipment and BFA up.
I never fail hits on haunting, just get a bow and the sword and you'll be set(I also have pro packs) and its would help with clan achieve. Bonuses.
