Hansel Build: Why use the forge?

Discussion in 'Strategy' started by Starwars6374, Sep 17, 2010.

  1. I was just wondering why In the Hansel Build, people use a forge/sub instead of a more defensive building.

  2. You get more plunder from an attack building. A bit mre def won't matter for anyone attacking you.

  3. I see. Don't def builds give a 5% plunder bbonus, or iis that only for attacking?

  4. I believe that bonus is only for normal plunder, not ally plunder. A spy using soldiers with no allies is pointless though.

  5. Go on the strategy section then look for kaw handbook it'll tell which has more plunder in section 6

  6. Forge has higher atk power, which you really don't need vs OSF which is the place hansel build is most effective. War Cathedral gives 5% higher plunder (5% of $200k or something, so, whatever). It really doesn't make a big difference either way

  7. Isnt it beastiary or Avary now since more hits per regen

  8. Ok. Thanks for helping me to understand this.
Also, since forge's max boost is 144k, for the 5% to work it seems you would need to make 2.88mil per hit, and that requires a strong build.

  9. 5% is like 50k more an atk

  10. I use the beastiary,

Doesnt it give only one more hit than a forge?

  11. I think it gives 2 more

  12. 5% is only like 10k per attack...

100,000 attacks would only give like 10b more •_•

  13. If u hav a forge and another hansel has a forge then u both hav higher atk than the other's def, allowing hansel builds to feed off each other

  14. Lol roman but they usually have defense potions  but yes you are right in a way, if ones osf is not open they will attack their inactive hansel build farm.

And they now usually use a beast/aviary as someone else pointed out
