It doesn't exist which is quite sad because I remember how last year's event was interesting! For those that don't remember, last year's event, it was a contest relating to Kingdoms at War for Halloween. Using any creative medium, you were to create something that spoke about Halloween using Kingdoms at War as your main theme. You could draw it, photoshop it, paint it, wall-art it, etc... The winners were chosen and given a prize at the end of the contest! I have to be honest, there was some very very cool artwork from different styles and people! It literally brought the entire community together and gave some individuals a chance to come out of the shadows and break onto the Forum scene. Now the reason I bring this up is because this event in 2013 was particularly so cool that it was in fact original! The developers actually asked their player base to be creative for prizes which has never been done before. Yet 2014 rolls around and no event is given... Seriously developers, how can you not follow suit and completely drop the ball here? So given this information, let's spawn a discussion. Should there have been a Halloween event for 2014 or not? And if there was such an event, what would it be? Id like to see another art related event of some sort but that's just because I'm a sucker for creativity :lol: anyways, happy KaWing and an even happier Halloween! P.S - Yes this is a rant, I apologize if I wasted your time. It really does bother me that the developers haven't even tried to recreate the events of last year.
If the community hadn't given them so much flak for trying a new thing they might've kept doing them. Nobody to blame here but the complainers.
I remember the weeks of debate about persecution and favoritism :lol: but it still remains depressing to know that the Devs have up ultimately... I hope they have something waiting for us all that isn't new lands, buildings, equip, ebs :lol: then again what else can they do?

Was looking forward to an event felt like there was a hype for it with all the ideas and developers being so active with the community ATM. Guess there may be an event rolling out some time soon?
No offense, kaw palooza looks lame.... Like it states it has low opportunity for rewards, seems more based on community activism in forums. I liked the Halloween art contest or just your simple tier based event rewards. Anyways versa is right, law dropped the ball here
Just double checked the thread. I'm seeing mostly, "medium" and "highs." The ones that don't have rewards are for obvious reasons. Also, the develops have informed me that they will get the word out through proper channels. Besides, it's better than doing nothing, yes? P.s. No probs versa
I like things that are more set in stone, like when it states you'll get a reward. I don't care all to much for the events but I participate for the achievement or for its decent rewards. I give you the credit though coming up with am original idea such as that
If love to make another art piece for KaW (even though there are much better ones than me at it :lol It'll give me a chance to practice drawing specific things more, rather than just staring at the ceiling with no Earthly idea what to draw.
