guild for t4 atk building?

  1. I am changing from hansel to atk build.

    Is it wise to swap a lvl4 guild with a lvl 1 t4 atk building?

    Or I should save up and buy lvl 3 t4 atk build straightaway?

  2. Go straight to level 2, that costs 12bil total
