guide to growth without pws or osfs fixed

  1. I have seen a few threads about teaching noobs and newbs rather than harassing and demeaning them. And my decision to protest pws without even trying to educate people to some alternatives makes me feel like a bit of a jerk. (which i am, but hopefully i will be a helpful jerk). So if you are looking for an alternative strategy for t3 players who wish to grow without the snoozy treadmill that is pws, this is how i'm doing it.

I have made a few assumptions here that i will list. First that you are t3 bc and potted up to 500 plus of all def items. Secondly that you have max plunder and at least 2m ally bonus stats. Finally i assume you know of a few t3 inactives.
The fun of this method is that you will see constant improvement even when you are saving for that next big upgrade.

Step one is troop spending. I recommend you start with 3-5 hits on a small target from the battle list. Dont worry if you fail. You arent wasting many troops this way. Next hit your inactives until you are out of troops or the inactive goes dtw.
Spend any remaining troops on the first quest mining for nobility points.

    Step 2 is spending money
Bank half of your money for upgrades. You will lose 25% on resale but it is better than losing more on retalliation hits from bl. Plus it keeps your money easily separated. The other half you should invest in an ally. Buy a good stat ally. You want it to be bought back. If an ally was bought from you, add that money to your purchase. The higher value ally the more profit you will make when it is bought. This way you are investing half of your money in immediate upgrades while the long upgrades build up. Dont invest all your money in allies tho because the market moves slowly and you cant count on them being bought when you need them to. You should enjoy regular stat increases from allies increasing your win ratio and a steadily increased total ally value.

    Step 3 upgrade path
First get one t4 fully upgraded. You want that 1.3b nobility trade value as quickly as possible. Next change all t3's to lv1 t4's as they are slightly stronger and easy to get. Then change them all to lv2 ect. By the time you get to the really expensive upgrades you should be heavily invested in the ally market and it will begin to return your investment.

    Step 4 rules of thumb
    1) always hunt for good allies. Never buy one quickly.
    2) when a big ally is bought that can pay for your next upgrade use the money to upgrade rather than reinvest it in another ally. Its there after all to aid your progress.
3)if you are going to be away for an hour or more always spend all of your troops in the above method.
    4) never waste more than 5 attacks on the bl. Not because of farming rules but because your chance of success is greatly reduced.
    5) never use attack pots. Focus instead on smaller targets in the bl. If you fail you are out nothing.
    6) banking your upgrade money is optional if you are good at remembering how much goes where. I am not. Retalliation hits are sadly rare so you wont really lose much. I personally need to bank to keep my ally money and my upgrade money seperate.
    7) enjoy your constant progress as you build toward bc. I often brag about growing without osfs and pws but never explained how. I hope this helps people become less dependant on others for their growth. Seeing your ally stats go up every day keeps your interest alive while you wait for those big 15b dollar upgrades.

Now back to my vow of silence. I know its not going to kill pws but it is pretty lulzy to do only emoji.

  5. How much money are you supposed to spend in allies?

  6. Half of each money making session. If you make 200m in an unload bank half and buy a 100m ally. If you cant find anything in that price worth buying add it to the next session.

  7. Wouldn't that just make it even longer to bc though?

  8. Ur allies will be cheap at first. But as they are bought back and such you will get bigger and bigger allies following this guide. For instance i sign on and a 100m ally has been bought making me start with 105m. I follow the troop spending pattern make 200m. So i bank 100m and buy a 205m ally

  9. Its not about getting there quick but getting there fun.

  10. Thanks for clearing that up :)

  11.  ill speak if people have questions about this otherwise . This is the method i have used to get where i am. Im not bc yet but im getting there. Id have gotten bored without the ally market.

  14. Where r u banking you're upgrade money if not in attack pots?

  15. Bank in attack pots just dont use them on bl hits.

  16. Very methodical and good for new users to know I use many of these but I don't swear off pw

  17. Good Job Distance. :)
