    1. - Have a STRONG understanding of game mechanics.
      - Help players and support the community both in the game and in forums
      - Answer questions
      - Be extremely active
      - Uphold the rules of the game.
      - Report those who break them
      - Support the developers
      - Be patient and understanding
      - Have there be a need for a moderator in your area of the world
      - Having the support of, and recommendations from, the community helps too.
