Getting Response From Support Faster

  1. When you contact support for any reason, please always be sure to include the following

    -Your user name

    -The game your account is in (PIMD, KAW, The Meego)

    -A clear explanation of your issue with as much detail as possible. Please use complete sentences and words so that we can understand you clearly. If English is not your first language, consider using google translate or having a friend help you. Screenshots can often be helpful as well.

    -If you need to transfer your device or have an issue with device transfer, please email device_transfers@athinkingape.com and include the following information to verify your account.

    We will require the following information:
    1. The 40 character UDID for your new device:
    2. Your username:
    3. Your last login date:
    4. Your account creation date:
    5. Your location:
    6. The date and amount of your last purchase if any:

    If you have a linked KaW web account, you can also login and send a feedback message using that account to verify ownership and then email us.

    To find your UDID on your iPhone/iPod:
    1. Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad to your computer.
    2. In iTunes, select your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad from the DEVICES list.
    3. Select the Summary tab.
    4. Click on the entry labeled Serial Number. The entry will change to Identifier and display your device's UDID.
    5. To copy your device's UDID, open the Edit menu and select Copy.
    6. Paste the UDID above.

    If you want a sticky, make an original, well put together, good substance thread.

    Copy and pasting is a good way to get farmed for being lame.
