Get rid of xtal jail during events

  1. If we're willing to dish out $100 on kaw twice a month, let us xtal as much as we want to, no restrictions.

  3. Locking due to being lack of effort.

    Actually, they have done it before but 6 crystals per epic battle was still the same but unlimited for the day when they do it.
