I think ATA should do some sort of fund raiser type thing with the money from people buying in game purchases. They have done this with the free HIV vaccinations and other things so why not a fight against cancer? Please spread the word and help out! Don't hate or lock this thread please! Support this, cancer isn't a joke. They should do a fundraiser like they did for HIV and the earthquakes, would be good to give to another good cause even though I didn't get to give to the last 2
What they should because you can't? No. If to want this so badly, donate yourself. It's their money. They have been very generous with what that already have given.
You can still donate your own money right, but! It's marketing, why not get thousands of people to do it? Instead of one, you could have one THOUSAND people doing it. And all in all, it gives ATA an even better name for themselves, not saying they don't already
No support. All the money supposedly go to cancer cure research but if they havnt found it yet with the millions they have and 10 years of research more money isnt gonna help.
Angel, you really have no clue about cancer research and its successes, as I see from your comment. Or about research in general... Well, having lost a good friend in the battle against cancer this week, I certainly would support any donations to that cause. I would however urge you to donate on your own for whatever cause you believe in, be it medical research for some cure or even your local animal shelter... Every cent counts!
While this is a solid idea, you can't expect ATA to donate to every single cause that comes up. But like it's probably been stated before, if you want to donate to a cause like this, I urge you to do it independently. You don't need a badge if it means a lot to you, you do it because it matters, but I digress.
